RaceWorks 172s Review & Installation:
Here's what RaceWorks customers have to say:
Brilliant! Fitted these to my 997 and they soak up terrible UK roads with perfection! My car feels brand new all over again. Renewed enjoyment!
I daily drive my car and these coilovers feel amazing. I do autocross in the spring and summer and they perform flawlessly!
I had the typical cheap suspension on my WRX and switched out to the Overland coilovers for the winter lift. Love them. 12/10 Would buy again!
There is a Street near my house that is horrible. Before I hated going down it. I was halfway down that street when I realized where I was. The suspension soaked up A LOT of the bumps. I couldn't believe it! I'm sitting LOWER than I was stock and the ride improved!
Every shock is tested
There is no guess work to building shocks. Every shock we build is dyno tested to ensure a proper left :right match. Shocks are tested to ensure the shock will match your car and springs to give a smooth ride and respond properly. There is nothing worse than a shock that's valved incorrectly causing you to feel like you're sitting in a chair of bricks, or even worse, driving a pogo stick.
Eibach 2.5"ID Springs
Eibach 2.5 ID springs are made with extremely high tensile strength wire alloy which allows the use of a thinner wire thickness. Manufactured using advanced materials and precision technology, Eibach 2.50” I.D. Race Springs are crafted from special lightweight (hf) spring steel. For any given spring rate, they are on average 15% lighter and have 10% more travel than competitors’ springs. Main springs range from 6” to 16” in length and are available in a wide selection of spring rates. These springs are the standard springs for the Enduro models.

It's whats inside that counts!
Not only is our coilover shock casing treated with nickel, but inside you'll find a light weight CNC High-Flow piston sandwiched between stainless steel shims. Cheaper coilover suspension brands use a lesser metal shim that gets hot spots and warps which create an unbalanced shock. They have a massively heavy piston that generates heat. When oil gets hot, it breaks down. You need consistent temps in your coilover shocks to stay reliable on and off the track. Our high quality internals are submerged in the highest quality shock oil available. Give RaceWorks coilovers a try, we promise you won't be disappointed.
